Delivery Information

AUGUST BANK HOLIDAY

Please note that for delivery in time for August Bank Holiday Weekend the cut off is 6pm on Wednesday the 20th of August. Orders placed before the cut off will be dispatched with DPD for delivery on Friday the 22nd.

Orders received after this point and over the Bank Holiday Weekend will be dispatched on the 26th for delivery on Wednesday the 27th of August.

If you are a subscriber and need your items in time for the weekend, you can amend your delivery schedule by logging into your PACK'D customer account and navigating to the Subscriptions area.

ORDER PROCESSING 

Currently we aim to deliver on standard delivery (8am-8pm) Tuesday, Wednesday, or a Friday depending on when you have placed your order. As a guide,

orders placed Wednesday after 6.30pm to Sunday are delivered on Tuesday*,

orders placed on a Sunday post 6.30pm and Monday will be delivered on Wednesday*,

orders placed after 6.30pm on a Monday, Tuesday and on Wednesday Up until 6.30pm will be delivered on a Friday*.

*Please Note: The above dates are a guide, and are subject to change dependent on Production capacity and Bank Holiday closures.

We are unable to deliver to all of Northern Ireland, the Highland and Islands of Scotland.  

Unfortunately we are also not able to deliver to the Isle of Wight or Isle of Man due to the frozen nature of our product, and those locations requiring a two day service.

 

PACKAGING

Our products are frozen and we want to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. To maintain their temperature, orders are packed using protective denim liners.

We also use dry ice contained within a sealed barrier bag. Please be careful when handling the dry ice bag (-80 degrees C).  We advise wearing gloves.  We also recommend leaving any remaining dry ice to evaporate in a well vented space before disposal.  Please handle with care and do not touch the dry ice directly as this can cause skin burns.

 

DELIVERY

For all UK mainland addresses we use DHL on a next day service. All orders are tracked and we will supply DHL tracking details on email. We do not deliver to Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight at present. Unfortunately we are also unable to deliver on weekends & bank holidays. 

Our minimum order value is £30.  A Delivery Charge will apply of £7.95 for deliveries in the UK (excluding Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands, Isle of Wight and Isle of Man). FREE DELIVERY applies at all orders over £45.

Please note- free delivery only applies on orders over £45 (irrespective of the 10% checkout discount code on your first order).
