HOW TO USE
For best results cook from frozen
MICROWAVE in 7 minutes (Based on 825 watt)
Remove sleeve and lid and place bowl in microwave and heat for 7 minutes. Remove from microwave - mix well after cooking to evenly distribute the heat. Ensure food is piping hot before serving.
ON THE HOB in 9 minutes
Remove sleeve and lid from bowl. Place a suitable pan on hob and heat up for a few minutes. Add contents to the pan, breaking up any solid frozen pieces. Stir occasionally, keeping lid on when not stirring and heat until food is piping hot.
