Protein pancakes

Made with wholesome ingredients like oats, plant-based vanilla protein powder, and PACK'D organic chopped strawberries, these pancakes are both nutritious and satisfying. Top with your favourite fruits, soy yoghurt, or any other toppings you like for an extra burst of flavour.

Ingredients (makes 2 servings)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 120g oats
- 30g plant-based vanilla protein powder
- ½ a medium sized banana
- 260ml soy milk
- 50g PACK’D organic chopped strawberries
- 20g chocolate chips
Protein per portion (not including toppings): 23g
Toppings (optional)
- PACK’D summer fruits
- Soya yoghurt
Method
Preheat a pan over medium heat and add 1 tsp oil.
Add the dry ingredients (oats, protein powder and baking powder) to a blender and blend until smooth.
Add the soy milk and banana and blend.
Add the PACK’D strawberries and chocolate chips and mix.
Pour approximately 3tbsp of pancake batter onto the pan and cook for 5-6 minutes, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Serve with toppings of your choice!
