PACK'D Avocado Houmous
Fancy something a little different. This is our take on Houmous using our PACK'D Ripe and Chopped Avocado and PACK'D Organic Chopped Spinach. Loaded with chickpeas this is the perfect post gym snack to get your protein fix.

- Overall time: 10 minutes
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 Pack of PACK'D Ripe and Chopped Avocado
- 30g PACK'D Organic Chopped Spinach
- 1 tin of chickpeas
- 1 TBSP tahini
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ a lemon juiced
- 1 tsp garlic powder or 1 clove
- 1 tsp cumin
For topping
- Olive oil
- Parsley
- Sunflower seeds
- Sesame seeds
METHOD
- Defrost our PACK'D Avocado – Simply leave this out in a plate for 30 minutes or if pressed for time pop plate over a bowl or pan of hot water and allow the steam to heat stirring avos occasionally.
- Add all your ingredients into your blender or food processor
- Plate and top, we have used olive oil parsley sunflower and sesame seeds though you can top how you like. You could try chilli flakes or harissa for a spicy twist
