Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 150g PACK’D Organic frozen Summer berries
- 1 tbsp almond or peanut butter
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp oats
- 200ml almond / oat milk or kefir
- Optional 1 vegan probiotic capsule, opened
- Note if using kefir you may need to add a touch of plant milk or water to thin it down
Method
Add all the ingredients to a high speed blender and blitz until smooth. We used a Vitamix.
Pour into a glass and enjoy.
