Packed with chia seeds, oats, and plant-based milk or kefir, this smoothie is rich in fibre and antioxidants, perfect for a quick breakfast or post-workout boost. Blend fresh for the best taste and enjoy a delicious way to fuel your body in just 5 minutes.

Ingredients 

  • 1 banana
  • 150g PACK’D Organic frozen Summer berries
  • 1 tbsp almond or peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp oats
  • 200ml almond / oat milk or kefir
  • Optional 1 vegan probiotic capsule, opened
  • Note if using kefir you may need to add a touch of plant milk or water to thin it down

Method

Add all the ingredients to a high speed blender and blitz until smooth. We used a Vitamix.

Pour into a glass and enjoy.
