Looking for a crunchy, nutrient-packed snack that’s as delicious as it is gut-friendly? These Banana Nut & Seed Granola Clusters are just the thing!

Made with naturally sweet banana, fibre-rich oats, and a powerhouse mix of nuts and seeds, this recipe is designed to nourish your digestive system while keeping you energised.

The combination of healthy fats, prebiotic fibre, and plant-based protein supports a happy gut and balanced digestion. Enjoy them as a grab-and-go snack, crumble them over yogurt, or pair them with your favourite milk for a wholesome breakfast.

  • Storage: Tupperware in the fridge for 2 weeks. To crisp it back up pop in the oven 160C / 140 fan for 3 - 4 mins and allow to cool again and it will crisp back up. Can also be frozen for 2 months.

Ingredients

  • 90ml maple syrup
  • 65ml coconut oil
  • 1/2 tsp flakey sea salt
  • 3/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of nutmeg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 180g jumbo oats
  • 60g sliced almonds
  • 30g unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 40g walnuts, chopped
  • 150g PACK’D organic bananas, defrosted
  • 3 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 3 tbsp pumpkin seeds

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 160C / 140 fan. Line two large baking sheets with parchment and set aside.

Add the bananas to a bowl and mash with a fork or stick blender until smooth.

Mix the maple syrup, coconut oil, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla extract in a small bowl and stir to combine.

In a large mixing bowl, add the oats, almonds, coconut flakes, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, mashed banana. Add the maple mixture and toss until combined.

Scoop heaped tablespoons of granola into clusters on your prepared baking sheets. About 35 in total. Bake for 20 - 30 minutes or until golden. Remove from the oven and allow to fully cool to crisp up.

Once cool, if serving with yoghurt or milk, use your hands to break up some of the clusters into smaller ones or simply munch as a snack.

Store in a Tupperware in the fridge for 2 weeks and pop back in the oven to crisp back up.
