3 Ingredient Mango Froyo
Indulge in a refreshing and healthy treat with our Mango Coconut Sorbet made with PACK'D organic frozen mango. This vegan, gluten-free dessert is incredibly quick to prepare, taking just 5 minutes. Blended with creamy coconut yoghurt and a splash of lime juice, it’s perfect for a summer day or as a guilt-free dessert.

Ingredients
- 600g PACK’D organic frozen Mango
- 200g coconut yoghurt
- 3 tsp lime juice
Method
Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and process, using a tamper to break up the frozen mango, until smooth. You may need to scrape the sides a few times with a spatula.
Scoop into bowls, serve with some freshly grated lime zest.
Can be placed in a glass Tupperware in the freezer. To reuse, simply chop into chunks, place in the blender again and blitz until smooth.
