3 Ingredient Creamy Vegan Ice Cream (no sweeteners!)

- Total: 5 mins
Storage: Covered in the freezer for 1 week
Ingredients
- 2 packets (4 cups / 620g) PACK'D frozen banana slices
- 1 vanilla bean or good pinch of vanilla powder or 1.5 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
Method
If using a vanilla pod (which we recommend for the best flavour!) slice the vanilla pod in half and scrape out the seeds.
Add banana slices to a high speed blender like a Vitamix with the vanilla and almond milk. Blitz until smooth using a tamper to help get it nice and creamy or scrape the sides with a spatula and repeat blitzing until smooth.
Enjoy as soft serve or place in a freezable container with a lid or covered with wrap. Freeze for 4 hours. Allow to come to room temperature slightly to soften before using an ice cream scoop to serve.
Serve with your choice of topping. We love peanut butter!
Note you can freeze the ice cream if it defrosts and just re-blitz!
